Our process
The calendar is maintained by Sasha Pavlovich, a barista and coffee educator. We list major festivals, trade shows, competitions and coffee tours that are open to visitors, and link straight to each official event site.
Dates and locations are checked against the organizers' own announcements and updated throughout the year. Events change, so always confirm tickets and times on the official site before you travel.
Coffee festivals are made for coffee lovers, with tastings, latte art demos, workshops and local roasters. Trade shows are aimed at the industry: café owners, roasters and buyers come to see new equipment, meet green coffee suppliers and attend business talks. Many trade shows also host barista championships.
