The Ingredients for Iced Strawberry Latte

  • Espresso Shots. Depending on how big of a caffeine lover you are, you may use one shot or a double shot of freshly brewed espresso. You can use your espresso machine, Moka pot, or any strong brewed coffee.
  • Chunks of Strawberry. We highly advise using fresh strawberries, but frozen strawberries are also okay.  You will use these chunks to make a strawberry sauce that will give its flavor. When chopped, you can also use these chunks to mix with the drink itself.
  • Water & Ice Cubes. As always, we recommend always using filtered water on iced cubes.
  • Choice of Milk. You may use your preferred milk here. Some options you can try are almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, and whole milk. Any kind of milk is acceptable to use.
  • Sweetener (0ptional). This totally depends on you. You can use regular sugar, coffee syrup, maple syrup, and even allulose to create a sugar-free drink.
  • Whipped Cream (optional). You can also top your drink with whipped cream if you like to make a refreshing cold foam.

How To Make Iced Strawberry Latte?

Create the Strawberry Syrup

  1. Combine the strawberries, water, and sweeteners in a small saucepan. Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat and stir accordingly. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.
  2. Bring down the heat to medium-low and let the syrup rest for about 5 minutes. After that, you may now remove the pan from the heat and let the syrup cool down.
  3. Strain the strawberries out, then transfer the mixture to a sealed container

Create the Iced Strawberry Latte

  1. Pull a shot (or two shots) of espresso or make a half cup of strong brewed coffee. Let the coffee cool down while you work on the next step.
  2. Fill your tall glass with ice and then add a tablespoon of your very own strawberry syrup.
  3. Add the cold milk on top of the syrup.
  4. Then, fill the glass with the espresso of strong brewed coffee for the final step.
  5. Optional: You can top it with fresh strawberries, maple syrup, or whipped cream.

And that’s it! Enjoy the lovely colored layers before making your first sip. You may take a photo of it, too!
